Retrospective Planning Permission sought by the caravan and vehicle storage facility sited at The Willows in Lattiford.
You may be aware of this hitherto unauthorised development at The Willows but may not have been aware of the retrospective Planning Application that has now been put before the South Somerset District Council. As well as adversely impacting on the neighbouring property, Rose Farm, this development has implications for many residents and properties in the closely surrounding area.
If you would like to update yourself with the proposal the planning application reference is 21/00485/FUL and can be viewed on the SSDC website. Several North Cheriton residents have already placed objections on file and if, after reading all the objections lodged, you wish to do similar then there is an element of urgency as all objections should be made by this Friday, 23rd April.
